Basic Eligibility Criteria Under Various Schemes
  1. The applicant should be a resident of Delhi for which a permanent Ration Card or Voters ID Card and Aadhar Card issued by Government is required.
  2. The applicant’s age should be between 18-50 years except for transport sector schemes for which the age limit is between 18-45 years.
  3. The family income of applicant including parents from all sources should not exceed Rs. 1,20,000/- Per Annum under all loan schemes implemented through different Apex Corporations except for handicapped schemes where the income ceiling is Rs. One lakh per annum in urban areas and Rs. 1,00,000/- per annum in rural area. The family income limit under Dilli Swarojgar Yojna is Rs.2.00 lakh Per Annum Income certificates should be issued by concerned Sub Divisional Magistrate only for the scheme wherever requires otherwise Affidavit of Income issued by the Notary Public duly diarised is required to be submitted.
  4. SC/ST/OBC certificate issued by competent authority or Bonafide Handicapped certificate issued by a Govt. Hospital for availing loan under various scheme is required.
  5. A project report under Big Loan Scheme and Dilli Swarojgar Yojna except for transport schemes is required.
  6. Valid Commercial Driving license issued by Transport Department is required. Whereas badge is required for passenger vehicle.
  7. There are certain additional requirements, which may vary from scheme to scheme and are informed through press advertisement issued for inviting applications from time to time.

Besides above other formalities are given in the respective loan application forms and guidelines issued from time to time.
