Sir/Madam, On behalf of Delhi Labour Welfare Board, sealed quotations are hereby invited for hiring of an Ambassaador Car, under the package of 8hrs.-80Kms. per day and 10hrs.-100Kms. per day + additional charges for estended time and additional Kilometers for the official purpose. Sealed quotation, addressed to the undersigned should reach in the office of Delhi Labour Welfare Board latest by 16.03.2006 upto 2.00 p.m. The quotations will be opened on the same day at 3.00 p.m. The willing party/ firm shall enter into a contract with the Board for the said services for six months, which may be extended for further time as per the discretion of the Board. The copy of valid VAT/Service Tax registration be attached. An amount of Rs.1000/- as refundable security deposit in the form of Bank Draft, in favour of Delhi Labour Welfare Board, be also attached with the quotation. The Board has the right to terminate the services with five days notice as per its discretion and performance of the service. The Vehicle will be required only on working day of the office. The undersigned reserves the right to accept or reject any/ all quotations without assigning any reason. | |
